Ordering the Correct Size

Get Measured

If you don't know your true shoe size, it's a good idea to find out before you order. The next time you're out shopping, stop by a specialty shoe store and have your feet measured by a professional. Make sure to do it in the afternoon or evening since feet tend to swell throughout the day.

Order to Size

Once you know your size, stick to it. Our bridal shoes run true-to-size and ordering a size ""up"" for comfort is not a good idea since slipping and chafing in a too-large shoe can be just as painful as shoes that are too tight.

If you find you tend to be in-between sizes and you are going to order a shoe with a pointed toe box, choose the bigger size. Then use a shoe pad to put under the ball of your foot for a snug, comfortable fit.

International Sizing

Because of the wide variations in shoe sizing charts, we feel we can not accurately provide information about converting international sizes to US sizes.

We ship our shoes to US addresses only. If you are an international customer with a US shipping address, we encourage you to thoroughly research your US size and read the returns policy before making your purchase.
